John Woodward

Professor John Woodward is Faculty Pro Vice-Chancellor for Engineering and Environment at Northumbria University. He manages a diverse Faculty comprising 400 academics, 250 PhD students and over 5,000 students covering five Departments: Architecture & Built Environment; Computer & Information Sciences; Geography & Environmental Sciences; Mechanical & Construction Engineering; and Mathematics, Physics & Electrical Engineering. The Faculty has research excellence in renewable energy, cold environments, solar physics, human computer interaction, and smart surfaces & materials.
