Taya Forde

Taya trained as a veterinarian at the University of Montreal before completing her PhD at the University of Calgary, using molecular and genomic tools for wildlife health monitoring. She is now a lecturer in bacterial diseases at the University of Glasgow, where she has been based for 7 years. She is really excited to be working on Arctic ungulate health once again, and in particular to be working closely with communities to understand these two important diseases.
